About Pit Bull Outpost Rescue

Pit Bull Outpost Rescue is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that was founded in February 2016. Our mission is to save the misunderstood from humans who have failed them, resulting in them ending up in high kill shelters. We mostly pull from Southern California shelters such as SBC (San Bernardino County Shelter) and California City Animal Shelter. We are based out of Oregon but are located throughout Oregon, Washington, and California.

One of our main goals is to educate the public about Pit Bull/bully breeds and how they end up in shelters. The main reason is due to over population from neglectful owners not getting their dog spayed or neutered.

Spaying and neutering saves lives!

Fostering also saves lives.

We could not save the lives we do without our fosters. The more fosters we have, the more we can save. Please refer to our Foster Application if you are interested in helping the fight.
